Regulation 20 consultation

This consultation, known as Regulation 20, now seeks your views on whether we have identified the right priorities for the borough that cover housing, economy and jobs, infrastructure, transport, climate change and the environment.

This consultation closes on Sunday 16 August 2026.

This phase of consultation is divided into key priority themes. For each theme we're asking if we/ve identified the right priorities for our Local Plan. We are also asking if there are any important priorities we have missed.
