Hook Heath Neighbourhood Forum redesignation application
Hook Heath Neighbourhood Forum has applied to Woking Borough Council to renew its formal designation as the recognised neighbourhood forum for the Hook Heath area. Residents and stakeholders from across the borough are invited to have their say on the application as part of the public consultation.
A neighbourhood forum is a community-led organisation responsible for preparing a neighbourhood plan, which sets out planning policies to guide development in the area.
No changes are proposed to the area's boundary.
The forum was first formally designated in October 2018 and renewed in July 2020.
Neighbourhood forums must reapply every five years to continue their role.
Each forum must have at least 21 people who live or work within the area.
The forum must submit a copy of their written constitution along with further details on the forum application form.
